Most of us who run small businesses, and especiallly home businesses, have to deal with office organization. Sometimes paperwork clutter can get overwhelming. Offices are bad enough. With home offices, sometimes personal paperwork can get mingled with business papers, and the prolem gets more complex!

What To Keep and What To Toss?

Deciding what paperwork to keep and what to throw out can take lots of time. Bad decisions can be, at best, time consuming, and at worst, very expensive. However we know that we cannot keep every receipt, bill, and memo stacked on our desk! On the other hand, if we lose a valuable legal document or record of an account that needs to be paid, we can cause problems for ourselves that will make us rue the day we didn’t bother to file everything neatly.
